Juhana RäsänenHaving spent nearly all of my career in small, fast-moving companies I am very delivery-oriented and have a startup / entrepreneur mindset focusing on the end result.

I highly value software as a profession, understanding the customer and domain I am currently working with as well as a pragmatic, down-to-earth approach for delivering good software, such as the Agile Manifesto.
